Refunds
Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our reseller. Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax, and handles cancellations and refunds.
Getting your money back
If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for it. Later monthly payments aren't refunded.
Canceling
Cancel at any time with the link in Paddle's receipt email. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
How to ask
Find your purchase at paddle.net with the email you paid with, or write to hello@inkglish.com. After a refund, your account goes back to the free plan. Your practice so far is kept.
Your rights
If you live in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Nothing here limits your rights under the law where you live.
